About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 sausages

  • 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil

  • 1 medium yellow onion

  • 4 cloves garlic 

  • 4 bell peppers

  • 1 cup rice (optional)

  • salt and peppers of taste

Preparation

  • Cook sausage over medium heat until brown. Once cooked, remove and slice. Set aside

  • Add butter or olive into the pan

  • Add sliced peppers and onion and cook until soft. Add salt and pepper to taste

  • Add sliced sausages and enjoy!

  • This can also be enjoyed over rice or on a hotdog bun
