  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 1 packed cup of spinach

  • 1 ripe banana or avocado

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 3/4 cup juice or milk of your choice

  • Honey to taste (optional)

  • Fresh mint or basil (optional)


Combine ingredients in a blender high until it is the consistency you like.

Make it Your Own

You can easily switch out or add ingredients based upon your preference and what's in season. Add cucumber or mint for a fresh kick. Oats or nut butter for a protein-rich mix. Or mixed berries for antioxidants. It's best to use a frozen fruit or greens so you can enjoy your smoothie cold.
