Ingredients
¾ cup corn flour
¾ cup unbleached, all-purpose flour
½ cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup neutral oil
½ cup honey
2 egg
1 cup milk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease an 8-inch square pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flours, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Combine the oil and honey. Whisk in the eggs and milk. Fold gently to combine.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a tester inserted comes out with a few crumbs attached.Â
