About the Recipe

The perfect snack when you’re craving something sweet AND healthy. Enjoy with your favorite fruits and crackers.


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 Tbs honey or maple syrup

  • 2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • fruit or crackers for dipping


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, honey or maple, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  2. Eat immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite fruits, pretzels, crackers, cookies, or even spread it on a piece of toasted bread.
