About the Recipe

With warm spices and crisp apples, this easy smoothie that tastes just like apple pie and is the perfect breakfast for those busy mornings.


  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 1 apple, chopped

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons  cinnamon


  1. Remove apple core and dice apple. Peeling skin is optional.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Top the smoothies with extra cinnamon and toasted walnuts or pecans if desired.
