Lettuce Glean

Join us at Four Sisters Farm to glean lettuce! We will be harvesting leftover lettuce that will be distributed through our food access programs, reducing food waste while feeding our community. Please expect to move over uneven ground. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, closed toed shoes, and dress for the weather. This is a great opportunity for new volunteers and for those who want to spend some time outside while giving back to their community.

The Farm is on the corner of Louden Road and Route 29. There's a driveway that "looks like a service spot now but it connects to a grass road onto that big lot with the high tunnel. People can park there." We'll be gleaning bulk lettuce in that hoophouse.
