About this opportunity
Help our Food as Medicine Coordinator, Elizabeth, with packing bags for our Fresh Food Farmacy Program! This program is in partnership with Hudson Headwaters Health Network and provides qualifying patients with dietary education and medically tailored food boxes. Pop-Up farm stands are provided as well at participating health centers, distributing bags of local produce, recipes and food resources during peak growing season. Music will be played and you will be in good company! Some lifting is required, and you must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
