Enjoy plain or thrown into a salad, yogurt bowl, or smash onto toasted bread with ricotta or cream cheese, honey, and fresh herbs like basil, thyme, and mint.

Ingredients
1 qt. Strawberries
1 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp. Peppercorns
1 tbsp. Sugar
Preparation
Slice strawberries and fill jar, then half with white balsamic, half water
Add a pinch of salt, sugar, and peppercorns
Let sit for two hours in the fridge and enjoy
