Raised outside of NYC, Carolyn has always had a passion for home cooked meals and the healing power of food. She moved upstate in 2011 to study political science at Skidmore College and has since been on a mission to help people reconnect with their food. Carolyn has worked at farms, farmers markets, and most recently at Caffe Lena. She now lives in Glens Falls with her partner and two dogs and spends her time playing banjo, baking bread, gardening, and foraging.
